password problems..

Hi all...

Anyone can help me ?
I've changend security level to ENHANCED, but there's a problem when
the reglar user (not root) try to change own password...
still the same err message:

insufficient privileges
Password not changed: cannot access protected password entry.
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

we are runnig DU 4.0b, with applied jumbo patch.....
