RTCP or Reverse Telnet on DU3.2G

Hi Managers,

We have an Alpha 1000A using DU 3.2G and are trying to compile Equinox
Terminal Server Unix Utilities, in particular RTCP v1.35. We need to use
either RTCP or reverse telnet to connect a terminal server port to a tty
device for printing, and barcode reading.

When we try to compile RTCP (provided on 3.5" disk with Equinox Terminal
Server) we get the following message when we do the make.

cc -DSCO -DPRINTER -c rtcp.c
/usr/lib/cmplrs/cc/cfe: Warning:rtcp.c, line 606: Incompatible pointer type
assignment
                buff = c;
_______________________^

cc -DSCO -DPRINTER -c util.c
cc -Irtcp.h -DSCO -DPRINTER -o rtcp rtcp.o util.o

Despite the warning when we try to run RTCP, we get the following message

Memory fault(coredump)

Has anyone out there has success compiling or running the Equinox RTCP
utility on DU 3.2G? Can help me with my dilema, I am far from being a C expert.
Alternatively does anyone know of a third party reverse telnet package that
is easy to install on DU3.2G

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

TIA
Glenn.
