Before I start on this I thought I should ask around and see if anyone else has
already done this. I have finally given up on amd, and am switching to the
"supported" automounter. The part of amd I can't replace with it is the script
mounting option, so I need a way to mount CD's.
The best way I can come up with is to write something that works similar to vold
on Solaris. A process that checks every once in a while to see if a cd is in the
drive, and if it is mount it under /cdrom. Has anyone already done anything
similar?
