Y2K compliance

Hello Managers,

I don't remember if this subject has been discussed before, but is
DEC OSF/1 or DUNIX going to have trouble when the system clock ticks
over from Dec 31 23:59:59 1999 to Jan 1 00:00:00 2000? Was there a
version of the O/S which did have this problem? I'm still running
DEC OSF/1 v1.3B on a couple of my machines, and time markers are very
important to the applications running on them.

I suppose I can set my system clock to that boundary value and see what
happens.

Also, since OSF/1 and DUNIX are 64 bit operatin systems, I would hope
that, even if they are Y2K compliant, they won't start acting screwy
sometime in year 2038. I'm not sure where I'll be at that time, but
it's the concept that matters.
