The problem was:

Thanks for all who tried to help me.
All of them suggest start machine in single user mode.
Unfortunately in this mode machine went to the loop as well and no
mode was possible.
I solved this problem starting system installation from CD-ROM.
I went to UNIX shell, mounted existing root filesystem and edited
/etc/inittab by vi.
After removing the line about modem, system booted properly.
