How to add a job to the startup

We have a DUNIX 3.2c system that functions as a web server, running the
Netscape Communications Server software, and need to
add a job at boot time that will run until shutdown to regularly pick up
a graphics file from a digital camera which is also a mini-web server,
executing this command:

./usr/data/web/public/depts/iss/cac/axcam1.22/eye_get -s 10 -r /lastshot.jpg
 -tdnw -f pics 205.133.159.66

The directory spec references a file structure on the web server and the
ip address is that of the camera.

Since I don't know how to do this, even after searching the man pages and
the sys admin manuals, I am obviously inexperienced in this and need some
advice.

Thanks much.
