Shared memory in DU3.2C (shmmax) & Oracle

I´m trying to increase the size of shared memory (for Oracle) on DU3.2C
AS1000 4/233 with 320MB.

I added the following lines to the "/usr/sys/conf/MYSYS"
        shmmax 33554432 {default is 4194304}
        shmseg 32
and ran "doconfig -c MYSYS". Moved the new kernel and rebooted the
system.

But when I run the "tstshm" command from oracle it only shows the
largest single segment size = 4194304. Oracle people tell me I need to
increase this so Oracle can use all the memory!

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
