gcc compiler

Hi,

I am trying to use the gcc compiler and I keep getting an error that it
can't find the standard.h file. I am running DU 4.0b. I have installed
gcc-2.7.2 and libg++-2.7.2 . Is there something else that I am missing?
The gcc-lib is in my path.
