Write Protected Drive?

Hello,


  I'm looking for a disk drive that works w/ an AlphaServer running
DU 4.0b that meets the following:

        Size: >= 1Gig
WriteProtect: Physical- tab, switch, ...

  I've looked at the lit. for zip and jaz but the write protect is
via software :(

Anyone have any ideas/experience?
