Thanks for the suggestions. The number one recommendation was to use
SAMBA.
The original message and the replys are attached below. I do not think
memory should be a problem for my current Netware server as it has 128MB
to server less that 10GB of data. I will either be moving to version 4
of Netware or SAMBA.

Two possibilities.
1) Some form of Windows FTP client. Something that can make it easy for
the
users to drag and drop the file. I think you can find some
free/shareware
client (ex. WinFTP).
2) A web server on your UNIX box and the web client with download
capability.

Well you can try samba, it's a 'like' windows NT box on unix.
You can find this product and all information you need at the following
page:

Their is a lot of people who use this free software around the world.

One prospect is a 3rd party NFS package. I have performed some
rudimentary tests on Hummingbird's NFS, and it seems pretty stable
(though I haven't used it extensively). Their NFS package ships alone
and with their X package, eXceed.
Another prospect is to upgrade your server to 4.x, which is supposedly
more stable than 3.12. We have had numerous crashes on 3.12 + NetX
client drivers; we're moving to 4.x to improve system stability. Note
that Novell has very specific wants when it comes to memory sizing. If
it can't get RAM, it WILL crash, maybe not today, but soon. 3.12 has
very poor memory management. We have encountered these problems
first-hand, and find them very irritating, as you do. Our solution is
to buy a real server (i.e., one with capacity for buckets of RAM and
disks) and install Netware 4.x.
