I looking help for security in OSF1.

     Hi !
     
     
     I am looking help for :
     1) What can I change in OSF/1 3.2.C to get last successfull i
     unsuccssfull login information in BASE security mode ??? ( I tried
     change /etc/sia/matrix.conf but /usr/tcb/bin/XIsso core dumped when I
     start them after change!)
     2) What I have to do to erase shell in vi editor ??? ( I want disable
     shell command in vi editor for my not privileged users!)
     
     
     I am looking for any news server with alpha-osf-managers group !
