Hi managers,
Two questions: First and foremost, what happened to the archives?
I tried to search them and got no files found. The Query report
indicates that there are no fields in the database. It does this even
on common things like the word "tar".
Now on to the real question, I have just installed DECSafe 1.30 on
my 3.2g 4100. Now, after each reboot I get a half a dozen SCSI CAM
errors from the internal CD ROM drive on both hosts. This is only
happening at startup and does not seem to affect the drives after that
point. I can mount and read discs just fine. Here are the CAM strings
I get with UERF...I know, I know, use decevent:
----- CAM STRING -----
ROUTINE NAME cdisk_complete
----- CAM STRING -----
Retries Exhausted
----- CAM STRING -----
ERROR TYPE Hard Error Detected
----- CAM STRING -----
DEVICE NAME DEC RRD45
----- CAM STRING -----
Active CCB at time of error
----- CAM STRING -----
CCB request completed with an error
ERROR - os_std, os_type = 11, std_type = 10
Any ideas?
Thanks,
-cliff
