This seems like a stupid question to me but I am at a loss for the answer of
where to look.

What exactly does one type to Xauth?

I have a linux box as a I want to use workstation to my DU 4.0 server and I
would like to pop emacs and xterm windows on the PC etc.

so I

setenv DISPLAY jbspc:0

and then

/usr/bin/X11/xterm -ls -geometry 80x50+50+40 -sb -sl 10000 &

and I get back a

Xlib: connection to "jbspc:0.0" refused by server
Xlib: Client is not authorized to connect to Server
/usr/bin/X11/xterm Xt error: Can't open display: jbspc:0

So I assume I need to type something to Xauth but after reading the man page I
am at a loss as to what the magic incantations might be.
