Is there a TrueType Xdec rasterizer?

Is there a TrueType Xdec rasterizer (like libfr_Type1.so)
available for DU v4.0b? (a libfr_TrueType.so??).

I would like to install Bitstream's free unicode font
cyberbit.ttf for use on DU.

Alternatively, are there references on how to write a
font rasterizer libfr_XXXXXXX.so. What functions must
this library export, what must each function do etc etc.

For TrueType this
could incorporate the FreeType library (a freely available
TrueType rasterizer).
