On my last mail I forget to say what system I had... then it is:
AlphaServer 400 4/166 - 64Mb RAM 3Gb HD
DU 3.2c
Some people ask me what I do with tftp... well I had 3 DECserver 90M,
who need tftp and bootp to bootup from network... but with a litle setup
on the tftp daemon the only files accessed for it now is the DECserver
system boot file!
For preventive reasons I'm trying to run SATAN on my system... someone
already done it ??? I upgrade my perl interpreter to 5.003. compiled SATAN
ok... but when I run it and SATAN invokes netscape, when I click on the
links netscape try to download the perl script... (I will try to run from
a linux box tomorrow)
Thanks for the help with the C2 shadow passwords, I'm making the
summary...
But, I figure another problem: de DUnix shadow system uses a normal
shadow file on the /etc ??? and what is the shadow file format. I had a
REXX script who register users for me (I dont use adduser), I need to
register the same user both on passwd and on kerberos...

PS.: I'll install TCPWrapper too... but I'm trying to find more security
