Dear Admins,

My original question was:

------------
Dear Admins,

Some of my users would like to have the libxview from sun on our
DU 3.2c System. Before I kill myself trying to port it I would
like to know if ported sources already exist or if someone of you
already managed to compile the lib on his/her DEC.

Thanks for any hints, I will summarize!

Greetings, Rolf.
------------

Many thanks to all the people who answered me.
I received Answers so far from:

Richard Eisenman
Gary Collier
Annette Theissen

I was told to check the Digital's Alpha Freeware site where I could
(maybe also because of network speed limited time) find nothing useful
for me (but check for your own if you need the lib).

Furthermore I was told that a company called Unipress
(see http://www.unipress.com/cat/xview.html) produce a commercial
XView toolkit for the Alpha.

Finally I was told that at ftp://cs.cmu.edu/afs/cs.cmu.edu/user/mjchan/pub
you can find the compiled lib and a patch for the xview stuff.

Once more thanks to all who replied, you helped alot!

Greetings, Rolf.
