Networker licensing questions

Need some help on figuring out what licenses I need for Networker. I've
bought a 4000 and am looking at buying a stacker (either 5 or 7 tape
magazine.) I know I need the server license and a stacker license. What
else do I need? Do I need a client license on the server itself too?
Also, what can anyone tell me about licensing the archive server? (i.e.
what capability does that give me?) Finally, of those running it, is the
Save set consolidation license a luxury or something that ends up being a
necessity?
