/sbin/loader error

Dear Managers,

 Recently we uprgaded an Alpha 1000A from DU 3.2 to DU 4.0b. Everything
 works well except for a few programs, like IDL, that output the following
 error when invoked:

 /sbin/loader: Fatal Error: cannot map LIB_PGM.so

 or

 /sbin/loader: Fatal Error: cannot map libMesaaux.so.2.1

 I know this has been addressed on this list but I couldn't anything in
 the archives.
