Turning on C2 and now a user cannot login

We turned on C2 security on our DU3.2C Everything went smoothly but for
some strange reason there is one user that cannot log into the system.

When the user attemps to log in system replies with an invalid password
error. So, simple, I go to change the user's passwd myself but when I
go and do so I get and error saying

Password not changed: ID mismatch.

So what do I do my DU gurus?
