     Answer is:

     1- create a UFS filesystem on /dev/fd0a
     a - format the floppy
     /sbin/fddisk -fmt -f /dev/rfd0a
     b- make a label
     /sbin/disklabel -wr /dev/rfd0c rx26
     c- create the filesystem
     /sbin/newfs /dev/rfd0a
     2- Booting from /dev/fd0a

Booting from floppy is possible but answer from Digital is more
     complicated as my wife :-))
