SUMMARY: Inquiry (C1533A) and system (TZRDAT) device names are different...

Hi,

Well: It turned out to be my fault. After restoring the system from tape
after the last disk troubles, there was an old C1533A entry in cam_data.c
which apparently has priority over ddr.dbase entries of the same name
and which default to the TZRDAT device name for tapes. After rebuiling
the kernel today, this cam_data.c entry suddenly became effective and
caused the whole confusion.

Thanks to alan_at_nabeth.cxo.dec.com for pointing me to cam_data.c and
thanks everybody for your patience.

Tom
