Hi Gurus,
On our DEC 3000/300 with DEC UNIX 3.2C
We have for example rkj_at_beta.loyno.edu as a naming convention.
I have a new boss who wants the "beta" dropped.
I have ~ five thousand users.
I added loyno.edu to the hosts table and rev of course.
But, I get an error msg. 553 Local configuration error, hostname not
recognized as local.
Any suggestions?
