Really hope someone can give a quick answer on this.
AlphaStation with DU4.0b
While installing some software, most every file and directory on the
system changed ownership to a non privledged user. The only access
window at that moment has been closed and now no one can log onto it in
any shape or form.
I figured I would just reinstall the OS and any apps to get the machine
back in order but now I'm completely locked out. I just want it in init
level 0 or 1 and work my way back from that. But how do you force the
machine out. I know how to do this on a SUN but no clue on a Digital.
Help?
