Hi managers!,
I have recently installed qpopper v. 2.2 (I obtained it from
ftp.qualcomm.com) on my OSF/1 v. 3.2 and everthing seemed to be OK, until
one of the users of the system said that he had found a problem when
trying to read his mail from Netscape 3.01 : Netscape's response was
always 'Password incorrect', whatever he typed in. We even tried to
connect directly to the port 110 (via telnet) but we got the same
response ...; the problem is that he is the only user who is no allowed
to use the service (so I have no other case to compare with) ... I have
no problem with the pop3d nor any other user of the system has ... can
anyone help me ?
Thanks in advance (73 and 33),
