Unix 4.0b

Hi,

We have UNIX 3.2d running on two alpha 1000(web & ftp servers)(mail &
news servers) and we will upgrade it to 4.0b the second alpha is our
DNS.

Upgrading or fresh installation will be more efficient, any body can
advise us which procedure we must take and what precaution & steps we
must take before that.
