Hi All
We're looking for a UPS for our main server: a Personal Workstation
500au currently running DU 4.0c but soon to be upgraded to 4.0d.
This is for protection against power fluctuations and for an orderly
shutdown in a prolonged power outage. We don't need to keep the
server running during long outages so we don't need a UPS with a long
run time.
We also don't need power backup for the monitor or peripherals. The
monitor is turned off out of hours when outages are most likely to occur.
The other constraint is cost since we're running to a tight budget.
Any recommendations for a reliable, fairly low cost UPS that will work
with DU 4.0[cd] on a PW 500au? Negative recommendations also welcome.
