SUMMARY: CC Agent: Unable to open device

My problem was to start the StorageWorks Command Console Agent. When I
tried to start it it complained about unable to open the device file that
I have configured.

Regine Polnick suggested that the problem was that the CCAgent requires
the name for the subsystems is in low-letter, but that was not the
sulotion to my problem.

After calling Digital support I got the information that CCAgent
1.1 don't like DU 4.0D.
After downloading and installing client/server CCAgent 2.0 everything
worked as expected.
