DECserver 90M

Hello,

I have a little problem with our DECserver 90M.
There is a PPP service assigned to the DECserver port that connected to
an ISDN modem, ZyXEL Omni TA 128.
After I connect in, the server does not respond.
The causes that are described in the server's troubleshooting guide are
not existing:
The DECserver receives the DSR signal, and the modem speed is not
changing until the connection.
How can I persuade the server to start the session?
