ASE and Oracle Listener

Hi,
I want to configure some Oracle DBs within our ASE.
Each DB-Service has more DBs and one Ip-Adress.
Some of this DBs have listeners.
Do you have any experiences and tips for configuring the listener ?
Should I use one listener-name for all DBs in all services ?
