I am currently trying to configure a batch processing application on an 8400 with 8 cpus and 8 Gbs of memory. I am seeing, what seems to me, a large amount of system time on the cpus which seems to be slowing the batch processing down. We are not I/O bound and not memory bound. Does anyone know of a command or app (like kdbx) that can tell me what the excessive system CPU usage is ??? I know tuning can contain a million possibilities and I haven't given you much information to work with but, even suggestions would be welcome.
