clonefset: error E_TOO_MANY_CLONES (-1115)

     Hi Managers
     
     I am temporary doing Sys Admin on our Alpha Boxes running
     DEC safe on Digital Unix v4.0B.
     
     Last night's backup had the following errors reported.
     
     
     Creating temporary mount point /mnt/local_clone >Cloning
     db3_domain#local
>clonefset: can't create clone file set 'local_clone' of set 'local'
     in domain 'd
>b3_domain'
>clonefset: error = E_TOO_MANY_CLONES (-1115) >

     Can someone let me know what the problem could be or where can I
     get additional information, please
