Restricted shells

Hello,

  I'm looking for a shell which will only allow the user to do a few
commands (ie, passwd, cd, chmod, logout, etc). The "sh -r" won't work
really well for this. I found something called "osh" which I thought I
might be able to munge, but the code is not very DU friendly. ;-)
  Any thoughts other than write it yourself?
