9-18GB Internal Disk Drive for DEC Personal Workstation 433au

Howdy!

Can anyone please make recommendations (or cautions) as to which
internal SCSI disk drives are a good buy. We have a DEC Personal
Workstation 433au and would like to get a drive in the 9-18 Gigabyte
range.

Also if you know of good sources for such a drive that would be great
too.
