I have an AlphaServer 300 4/266 running 4.0D, SRM console V6.6-1.
It currently has 2 PCI cards (max # supported), a DE500 NIC and a S3
TRIO 64 Graphics. I need to free up one of the PCI slots for use with a
KZPSA controller, so I obtained an ATI Mach64 ISA graphics card to place
into the ISA only expansion slot. Digital Part number for the Mach64 is
PB2GA-FB and it is supported on this platform according to the supported
options list on the web.
I don't know how to configure the ISA slot to activate the card. The
AS300 User Guide says to use the SRM script add_mach64 but that script
did not configure the ISA config values. I need the proper values to
enter into the SRM iconfig utility (or the isacfg utility), such as I/O,
IRQ, DMA, BaseAddr, and Length.
Does anyone have the appropriate values? Or, if I'm totally off-base,
point me in the right direction.
