Thanks to Alan Rollow, Gyula Szokoly,Tom Webster and Dejan Muhamedagic
who all pointed out, that my disk 0 was failing. As Alan pointed out,
this panics the system on earlier versions of ADVFS (I assume Digital
Unix 3.2d has an early version... time to upgrade).
I already tried Dejans tip to do a format with scu and found out, that
the disk has unrecoverable errors (cannot read bad block list).
I replaced the disk and everything works fine again.
