Summarry: boot from CD

Thank you every body.
The problem was we scewed the scsi id of two hard disk. So the right
devices DKA100, DKA400 ... didn't show up.

After corrected the scsi we do see DKA400 ...

We boot from DKA400, everything is OK now.
