Good Afternoon,
We are getting ready to upgrade to Unix 4.0d, our software vendor
Datatel has certified and Ardent(Unidata 3.3.2.64) has been certified to
run on.
We are contracting with Pioneer Standard to do the upgrade. They are
saying you can go directly from 3.2c by loading 4.0d on a seperate disk
and simply pointing every thing to it.
Others who are with the same vendors are saying they have been told and
have already upgraded by loading all of the point releases(unix 3.2g,
4.0a, 4.0b
Can you clear this up for us.
Thanks
