StorageWorks problem

I've got some AlphaStation 250 4/266 systems, with external BA350(-KF)
cabinets, and the factory installed KZPSA controller.

I just order some 4.3 GB disks to upgrade these systems and have been
supplied with DEC RZ1CB-VW units.

Unforunately the new disks are undetectable by the system console. Have
I been supplied with the wrong disks?
