NSR - Failed saved sets on NT Servers

Hello All,

I am having problems when backing up a group of NT Servers using NetWorker
4.4. The NSR server is an Alpha 4100 and the backup is being done over a
switched network.

I keep on getting the following messages:
Group Status Details Snapshot
Wed Oct 14 09:45:09 1998
--------------------------------

Failed Save Sets:
--------------------------------
bh0srv.admin.sunyrockland.edu D:\ abandoned:full:save
 * bh0srv:D:\ 1 retry attempted
bh0srv:D:\ no cycles found in media db; doing
full save
* bh0srv.admin.sunyrockland.edu:D:\ has been inactive for 30 minutes since
Wed O
ct 14 01:16:20 1998.
* bh0srv:D:\ is being abandoned by asavegrp.
--------------------------------

The problem seems to be network traffic. If I attempt to backup the
servers that have failed file sets manually and by themselves during non
peak network hours I can do the backups.

Is there any way to throttle down the rate at which NSR sends data over
the network. I have already set the client parallelism down all the way
to 1.

We have two TZ89 tape drives and a TL800 something tape library. Parts of
the network are 10mb and parts are 100mb.

Initially I had created one group for all 12 or so NT Servers. I then
tried breaking this down into 3 smaller groups and have staggered the
times that they run.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

TIA.

Rob
