Thanks mcuh to Alan Rollow and Jim Belonis's help!
The problem did be caused by insufficient swap space. The output of top
made me felt that the swap space is enough for use. Jim warned me that top
doesn't show all processes and suggested me useing ps to show the virtual
memory used by all processes. What I saw? A lots of java applications
were consuming huge swap space.
The solution suggested by Alan and Jim is to add more swap space.
My origin question:
>When I run some command, I got the following message.
>"swap space below 10 percent free"
