Since I neglected to include the crash-data file along with this
post the most useful response I received from folks is that we
should probably install patch 2. Good idea in any case.

Anyone have a clue what we should look for with this kernel panic?
This was from a dual cpu 4000 5/400 with 512mb of ram and running
du 4.0d + patch kit 1.
The system is a mail hub. Lots of accounts and lots of disk i/o.
