multiple db_writers on DU 4.0d and Oracle 7.3.3.0.0

Hello managers,

We have a DU ASE cluster running TCR 1.5, DU 4.0D with patches and Oracle
7.3.3.0.0. We have a tuning recommendation from our DBA of creating another
db_writer process. We set this parameter in the init_instance.ora and the
database would not start. The error message related to this is
