Multiple graphics modules in 3000/800

I installed a newer graphics module in slot TC3 on a 3000/800 in order to be
able to upgrade the system to DEC Unix 4.x. I want to leave the existing card
in TC1. How do I get the console and X11 to be displayed on TC3? The console
command "show" lists no variable that seems to pertain.
