Hello,
I have just recently become aware that there is a svc.conf file in dunix
(I'm running DU4.0C/D (a mix of machines)). This file is fine for making
dunix respect the resolv.conf, for example, but I can't make dunix respect
nis. I say passwd=local,yp, but yp is not respected. I say +: in the end
of /etc/passwd, and now yp is respected, but then I say passwd=local in
svc.conf, and still with +: in /etc/passwd, yp is respected (meaning that
svc.conf has no effect).
Notice that I'm not doing C2 or any of that magic.
What am I missing?
