Connection close

Hi guys,
      This may not be the proper place for this question, but it is DEC
Ultrix. So I thought of asking this question here since most of the DEC
Unix managers are blossomed from DEC Ultrix.
    I have a DEC Ultrix server and when I telnet to that server and
login, it logs me in, runs the Welcome message and then closes the
connection. Has anyone experienced this problem? Any clues will be
appreciated.
