Failed disk in swxcr raid 0+1 array

Hi,

I have a failed rz28 disk under my swxcr controller which is thankfully
mirrored. Previously (under 3.2c) I have replaced these disks on the
fly and then rebuilt the FLD drive using the graphical swcrmgr utility.

I am now on 4.0d and I can no longer find swcrmgr. Compaq recommend
that I run the standalone RCU program to configure the replacement
drive. This seems overkill to me. Does anyone know of a way of
replacing a failed drive in a raid array without shutting the system
down?

Regards,

Ian.
