The correct answer was to re-create the LPS database (/etc/lpsodb)
by running /usr/opt/LPS/lpssetup, which in this case meant deleting
all of the existing queues and recreating them by hand.
Just copying over the files doesn't seem to work. File permissions
probably have a lot to do with this, but there were just some pieces
apparently missing.
However, for non-LPS queues, just copying over the queues, printcap
entries, etc., did work. FWIW.
