Dear managers:
        Once again I want to thank to all of you, and specially to: Mike
Plante, Nestor Ruiz, Phil Farrell, Stan Horwitz, Brian Hostetter and
Salvador Ramirez.
        My problem was I have to restrict the user's ability to change their
information (name, office, phone, etc).
        In general this were two solutions:
        - Change permissions to the chfn program, but because chfn is a hard
link to passwd, if I make this the users can't change their passwords!
        - Erase the chfn command, but if I make this users can use passwd -f
to chage their information.
        - Comment the line:
siad_chg_finger=(OSFC2,/usr/shlib/libsecurity.so) in the file
/etc/sia/matrix.conf. The only inconvenience is that no one can change
users information, not even root.
                                        Gil Renard
