In search of digital unix 4.0a cd

Hello,

I need to get my hands on a DU 4.0a cd so we can upgrade to 4.0b.

We have 4.0b and 4.0d cd but can't find 4.0a and we need 4.0a to go from
3.2g to 4.0b.

I called Digital to order one but they told me that it's been archived and
that it'll take 2-3 weeks.

Does anyone out there no longer have a use for Digital Unix 4.0a cd that we
can use? We'll pay for shipping.
