Upgrading to RAID 5 on AS 1200

I am preparing to upgrade an AS 1200 to a KZPAC-CA RAID controller. Once I
set up my logical drive(s) will I need to reinstall DU from CD then restore
from stand-alone-backup or will a restore from a stand-alone-backup by
itself suffice?
